I worked on this page on Father's Day since I couldn't be with my Dad except by phone. I look forward to visiting this special guy in a couple weeks. He has always been my hero!

My hands are very important to me. They do so many things that make life fun. As a pianist I used to worry about my fingers, now I am very protective of my hands not just the fingers.

It was almost like being in a bubble bath while making this page. I really enjoyed the color and thinking about all the bath-related things written around the edges - don't know if your can see them or not from this picture.
These journal prompts come from a Yahoo Journaling group. Check it out if you are so inclined.

Blessings today!

ReplyDeleteFantastic pages and variety. I love to learn about others through their art and blogs.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your comments, Shay and Tammy. I love to use bright colors and am committed to using things I have before buying more. Right now that's mostly sharpies and crayola markers and old books.
ReplyDeleteI really like the bubblebath spread!! It looks fun! Old books are the best for art journaling, I feel.
ReplyDeleteWonderful pages! You even made voting look like fun, LOL! Seriously though, if you don't vote, don't complain about the outcome, right? I really like each one of these spreads.
ReplyDeleteMe again. :) Just wanted to say thank you for adding the Name/URL option to your blog! Now I can leave comments!
