I'm trying to improve my drawing skills. For some reason I thought for a long time that people who could draw just could. Never thought about needing practice. Well, duh! I know most people can't just play the piano without any practice. Why should drawing be any different?
This was done from a photo taken just up the road a piece. The yucca were beautiful this year and I just had to capture that.
Nice job too! Keep up the practice as you are doing real well. Why do so many of us think that? I expect to sit down and have everything turn out great and get so discouraged when it doesn't. I guess it's partly because I am using up materials so I feel like I need to get my money's worth or quit.
