I love this one, too. But I'm curious about the shape and the shape of your January page. Are you going to fit them together or is the plan secret until the end of the year? Marty S Crackpot Beader
Like Marty, I'm curious about the shape... Meanwhile, I love the warmth and colors of this piece... It does speak to me of "Love Bug"... that playful, loving nature of a child. You are really progressing rapidly as a beader!
I love this, too - the swirls are great. Definitely keeps the eye moving and is very fun! I love how you finished it on the fabric with the bigger beads around the edge, etc. I realized with my January piece that I need to pay more attention to my finishing plans! Didn't leave enough margin...:)
I am a retired music educator living in the mountains of Colorado. With all the surrounding beauty I cannot help but be inspired by nature. I enjoy many types of creative expressions and always looking to try something new.
I have had a passion for art and music for as long as I can remember and feel very fortunate to make a living at things I love.
i really like this one. it's fun to look at! i like how the colors seem to swirl around each other...it keeps my eye moving.

ReplyDeleteOh, I wish my beads would talk to me as well as yours talk to you! They told you where to put them, and they are perfectly placed. Lovely!
ReplyDeleteThanks, everyone, for your comments. The unusual shapes will eventually fit together to make a puzzle.
ReplyDeleteThis is lovely and fun at the same time! Beautiful use of color.
